Privacy Policy
Kitchen to Market uses the information you send through contact forms, email, purchases or mentoring enquiries to reply, deliver products, support customers and improve the website.
We may use analytics, payment providers and email tools to understand website performance and manage customer communication. These services process data under their own security and privacy terms.
The Kitchen to Market — Pro App (subscription)
If you subscribe to the Kitchen to Market app, the following data is processed on your behalf:
- Your subscription email and Stripe customer record — collected by Stripe at checkout, used to deliver activation keys, process renewals, and let you manage your subscription via Stripe’s Customer Portal.
- Your activation key — a signed string we generate after each payment and email to you via Resend. It does not contain your name or payment details; it tells the app which plan you are on and when the current billing cycle ends.
- Your workspace data — the ingredients, recipes, products, prices, forecasts and other entries you create in the app. This is stored in two places:
- In your own browser’s local storage, so the app loads instantly and works offline.
- On Netlify Blobs (EU region) under our account, so the same workspace appears on every device where you paste the same activation key.
Cancelling and deleting your data
You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app (sidebar → Manage subscription), which opens Stripe’s hosted Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your activation key keeps working until that date.
To request deletion of your workspace data, email victor.foodmentor@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout. We will delete the workspace blob within 7 days.
